OnPay’s Benefits team is responsible for assisting new and existing clients with their insurance (health, dental, life, vision, short-term, and long-term disability plans). This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure that our client’s benefits experience with OnPay has a foundation of precision and accuracy. Responsibilities:

• Assist Benefits Services with end to end support for client account administration working directly with employers, carriers, and/or employees

• Collaborate with Benefits Sales team to facilitate client onboarding

• Proficiently organize and prioritize client requests to meet set deadlines

• Audit all employee/employer updates and related information in client accounts

• Perform account follow-ups to ensure accuracy for a complete service experience

• Maintain documentation and client details in multiple platforms

Experience and Skills:

• Experience in a precision data entry and/or administrative role

• Experience with the administration of insurance policies

• Some college experience (degree preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication

The pay rate for the role is $28.84-$31.25 in Atlanta, GA. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
