Belt Power LLC is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead shop and field operations supporting conveyor systems for customers in manufacturing, processing, and material handling. What you'll do

As the Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee fabrication, installation, and service operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to customer specifications.

You will:

• Build, repair, fabricate, and install conveyor belts and components
• Lead and coordinate shop work, field jobs, service calls, rush orders, and projects
• Manage production schedules, inventory, shipping/receiving, and consumable stock
• Supervise daily operations, including emergency on-call coverage
• Approve team timecards and support daily workforce needs
• Train employees on equipment operation, SOPs, safety practices, and company systems
• Monitor quality, on-time delivery, and performance metrics
• Coach team members to drive continuous improvement
• Communicate with customers before and after service work to ensure satisfaction
• Uphold Belt Power’s safety standards, professionalism, and company culture

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of conveyor belt field experience, including belt splicing
• 2+ years of experience managing field work and leading teams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precise measurements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and a background check

Preferred:

• Forklift certification
• OSHA 10 certification

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Hands-on work in shop and customer environments
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and the use of tools and equipment
• Exposure to moving mechanical equipment and moderate to loud noise
• PPE required at all times
