- Perform residential carpentry and remodeling projects
- Complete repairs, installations, and renovations with attention to detail
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and customer service
- Maintain a safe and organized job site

- Finish and trim carpentry
- Door installation and repair
- Window installation and replacement
- Cabinet installation and repairs
- Crown molding, baseboards, and trim work
- Deck and porch repairs
- Fence repairs and construction
- Framing and structural repairs
- Rotten wood replacement
- Bathroom and kitchen remodeling support
- Custom carpentry projects
- Aging-in-place modifications and accessibility improvements
- 1+ years of paid carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction experience
- Strong knowledge of carpentry methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to read plans, measurements, and project specifications
- Experience with framing, finish carpentry, trim work, and residential repairs
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Personal hand and power tools necessary to perform carpentry work
- Ability to lift, carry, climb, and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
