What You'll Do

Deliver Outstanding Client Support

• Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process

• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone

• Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and confidence

• Help clients understand available supplemental benefit programs

Provide Personalized Solutions

• Identify each client's individual needs

• Recommend benefit options that align with their goals

• Support enrollment and policy servicing

Build Long-Term Relationships

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients

• Conduct policy reviews and provide continued support

• Build trust through exceptional customer service

Stay Organized & Compliant

• Maintain accurate digital records

• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, education, healthcare, recruiting, financial services, or sales is helpful—but not required .

Minimum Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Professional workspace suitable for virtual meetings

• Ability to obtain any required state insurance licensing (licensing guidance provided)
