Job Summary:

The Technical Analyst User Enablement will serve as a Microsoft 365 and Copilot specialist, blending technical expertise with curriculum development and user training. This role is central to launching Copilot models, enabling AI-driven productivity, and ensuring employees gain the skills to fully leverage collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook). The analyst will create learning paths, develop training courses, and provide ongoing education that fosters adoption and continuous improvement.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Create and maintain user-friendly guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

• Build quick-reference sheets, visual aids, and video tutorials to simplify adoption.

• Keep materials current as tools, AI models, and policies evolve.

Training & Curriculum Development

• Lead the design and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training programs.

• Develop structured learning paths for Microsoft 365 and Copilot basics.

• Design courses and scenario-based exercises to showcase practical use cases.

• Utilize curriculum development and design tools (e.g., Canva, Mindtune, PowerPoint).

• Provide reinforcement and continuous education sessions to sustain adoption.

Enablement & Change Adoption

• Act as a Copilot evangelist, promoting best practices and driving adoption.

• Communicate the "value story" of AI and collaboration tools to diverse audiences.

• Partner with change management teams to integrate new tools and features into workflows.

Analytics & Feedback

• Collect and incorporate user feedback into training cycles.

• Measure training effectiveness and provide leadership with actionable insights.

• Analyze usage/adoption trends through ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) and usage reports.

• Leverage Power BI to create dashboards and reports that track adoption, training impact, and user engagement.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).

• Experience leading training, curriculum development, or user enablement initiatives.

• Background in Learning Management Systems (LMS), technical training, or instructional design.

• Expertise in end-user/application support.

• Familiarity with learning design tools (Canva, Mindtune, PowerPoint).

• Proficiency with Power BI for reporting and analytics.

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts as they apply to workplace productivity.

• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) a plus, but not required.

• Prior roles such as Curriculum Developer, LMS Specialist, or Technical Trainer are highly relevant.
