Bilingual Onsite Recruiter (Fulton County)

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for associates and client supervisors
• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates to ensure staffing needs are met
• Support attendance, performance, engagement, and associate retention
• Partner closely with branch leadership to keep positions filled and address issues quickly
• Conduct orientations, safety talks, and daily employee check-ins
• Track hours, prepare reports, and assist with payroll questions
• Create and maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional on-site work environment
• Support multiple client locations as business needs require

What You Need to Qualify

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or another people-facing role
• Strong communication skills with a professional, positive attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working onsite at client locations and supporting multiple sites
• Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, reports)
• Bilingual skills required (English/Spanish)
