Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, SAP Lead
Responsibilities:
• Strong knowledge of SAP data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with ETL tools and technologies, such as SAP Data Services, DSP or BODS.
• Solid understanding of SAP modules and data structures, including material master, customer master, and vendor master.
• Must have worked on at least 3 End to end Data Migration Projects using SAP BODS
• Must have worked on at least 2 Data Quality Projects
• E2E data migration implementation experience involving various functions/modules.
• Must have S4 Data Migration experience.
• Must have very good SQL Skills
• Must have knowledge on projects Requirements gathering, Project Initiation, Implementation/development, controlling and closing with post go live support (hypercare)
• Worked for several Global MNCs in Data Migration, data quality, data governance and data cleansing.
• Extensive knowledge on E2E data migration process, challenges, best practices, data governance process, data strategy.
• dspMigrate, dspMonitor, dspCompose, Assemble, Cranport, Collect, Common, Integrate tools Setup in DSP
• Functional knowledge of Manufacturing, Supply chain, Finance, Sourcing and Commercials from Data Migration Standpoint
• Functional process Knowledge for any 1 module (MM, PM, PS, FI/CO)
• In-depth technical expertise and SME for DSP and Cransoft Backoffice Suite config/setup and strategy design
• Project management experience to prepare project plans, data cutover plans or mock and production cutover
• Perform Subject Matter expert roles, Requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, Blueprinting, build, Configuration, Testing, cutover and Go-live activities for data migration.
• knowledge on SAP ERP Landscape
• knowledge on Master and transactional objects and their dependencies
• knowledge on data integration methods
• knowledge on Data governance - Active and passive

Minimum Qualifications
• Graduation: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, MCA – Computers, B.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget and schedule constraints.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
