What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections to ensure safe vehicle operation
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members at delivery locations
• Maintain proper material slump and adjust loads as needed for quality and compliance
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, inclusive work culture

What Are We Looking For

• Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and effectively
• Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to safe work habits
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment
• Collaborative attitude with clear, professional communication skills

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
