• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
• Offer tailored insurance solutions, including auto, home, and life policies, that provide comprehensive coverage.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Proactively identify opportunities to educate clients on their insurance coverage and suggest appropriate adjustments.
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
• Stay current with industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.

• Valid Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
• Georgia Life and Health Insurance (preferred).
• Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• A genuine desire to help others protect their assets and futures.
