Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,002 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Thomasville, Georgia.

Job Description & Requirements

Licensure / Certification Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license (active)
• Certifications Required:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • AWHONN Intermediate

2️⃣ Experience Requirements

• Minimum L&D Experience: 1 year recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Preferred: 2+ years experience
• Travel Experience: Required
• Previous Charge Experience: Not required
• Previous Hospital/Unit Experience: Level 1–2 nursery experience, triage, antepartum, postpartum, c-section assistance

3️⃣ Skills / Competencies

• Fetal Monitoring (FM): Intermediate
• Circulate (in OR / c-section)
• IV Start
• Medical Screening Exam
• Nursery experience (Level 1–2)
• Assist with C-section

4️⃣ Education

• Required: Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing

5️⃣ Additional Requirements / Notes

• Must be patient-facing
• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
• Minimal to no RTO (pre-approved time off must be included)
• Royal Blue scrubs required (not provided)
• Must complete 12 hours orientation pre-start
• Travel nurse eligibility requires proof of residence via Nursys (local rates for 31–50 miles; <30 miles not accepted)
• Modules (up to 8 hours) must be completed pre-start via HealthStream
• Compliance forms (Driver’s License, fully completed submission) mandatory
