Senior Product Manager

Overview:

Job Purpose

ICE Mortgage Technology is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our real estate team to lead the delivery of a data product that will serve as a foundation for future innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data engineering and architecture teams to design, build and maintain the delivery of data aggregation/distribution systems and processes
• Craft detailed features and user stories to guide engineering execution and ensure alignment with product goals
• Champion the implementation of robust data governance practices within our data products, including metadata management, to appropriately govern data distribution and access
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to validate requirements, address technical matters, and solicit feedback to inform overall strategic product direction and requirements
• Monitor the work of team and provide technical and analytical support and direction to ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables
• Respond to UAT and Production issues/escalations
• Identify risks, challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs, and product retirement plans.
• Demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved. Presents status updates as needed.
• Provide content for product roadmaps, ensures timely delivery, and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for data products.

 

Knowledge and Experience

• 7+ years’ experience leading Product and/or Engineering teams through application development and implementations with a proven track record in data product delivery 
• Knowledge of real estate data and data products including familiarity with Multiple Listing Services (MLS) data licensing practices and the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) Data Dictionary and transport protocols (RETS and WebAPI).
• Experience with Jira, Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with basic AI/ML principles, terminology, and capabilities (e.g., natural language processing, predictive analytics, generative AI) and/or prior involvement in defining, launching, or managing products that leverage AI technologies.
• Experience with the integration of Payment Processing applications (eg. Stripe) is an asset
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner across various levels of the organization and varying areas of focus 

New York Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $75,000 - 170,000 USD.  The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation.  While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
