Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of defense litigation matters, including general liability, professional liability, medical malpractice, employment, or product liability cases.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs; conduct depositions and prepare witnesses.

Strategize case management, negotiate settlements, and try cases in state and federal courts.

Collaborate with experts, insurers, and clients to develop effective defense strategies.

Advise clients on risk mitigation, compliance, and litigation avoidance.
