About the Role

• This role is full-time working 3.5 days a week with the opportunity in the future for additional work to 5 days a week
• No evenings or weekends work requirements
• Scheduling flexibility that supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding days (between Monday and Friday), round and go environment, and 48-hours allowed for chart completion
• Autonomous work environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting
• Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions

• Compensation is Fee for Service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated range of $80,234 to $94,825 annually with no cap on productivity income

Qualifications

• Psychologist with a current Georgia license
• 1 year experience as a psychologist post license
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for working with older adult populations
