Position Overview

This role is for a Project Manager responsible for managing construction projects in the Southwest Atlanta, GA area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction project management and the ability to oversee multiple projects from planning through completion while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion

• Facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables

• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance goals

• Track project progress against timelines, budgets, and performance metrics

• Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks

• Communicate project status regularly to project teams and stakeholders

• Plan and monitor project budgets; conduct research and analysis as needed

• Utilize quality and risk management tools to identify and mitigate risks

• Document project updates, notes, databases, and lessons learned

• Share best practices and learnings across teams

• Identify and assign appropriate resources for project tasks

• Guide, coach, and provide developmental feedback to project team members
