Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC and School certification is sought to provide specialized support in a K-12 educational setting. This contract position spans the 20252026 academic year, primarily addressing the needs of students with intellectual disabilities through both virtual and onsite service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students, focusing on those with intellectual disabilities.
• Manage caseloads effectively, with specific assignments determined upon hiring.
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop, implement, and monitor therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with school and district guidelines.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs in virtual and onsite environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist certification.
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with intellectual disabilities, is preferred.
• Ability to provide services both virtually and onsite as required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering student progress and advocating for individualized care.

Position Details:

• Location: Decatur, GA
• Duration: Estimated July 30, 2025 to May 22, 2026
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Number of Positions: Four total one confirmed virtual position focused on elementary students with intellectual disabilities, and three onsite positions with caseloads to be determined.
