Support students in dynamic school environments through flexible, per diem instructional aide roles designed for compassionate individuals dedicated to making a difference. Responsibilities include:

• Providing academic and behavioral support to students individually or in small groups as guided by teachers and staff
• Assisting students with daily routines, transitions, and participation in classroom activities
• Implementing behavior support plans and following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Supporting mobility, supervision, and personal care needs in alignment with student requirements
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Compliance with district TB testing requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Current background clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred experience:

• Background in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT considered a plus
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative work style
