Project Manager
About the Opportunity
Join our growing FAA Part 145 Repair Station in Newnan, Georgia, and play a key role in managing aircraft projects from start to finish. We specialize in heavy maintenance, avionics installations, and aircraft management services on business jet platforms such as Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker, and Citation. If you’re passionate about high-quality aviation maintenance and enjoy seeing projects through to successful completion, we’d love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily aircraft projects within our Part 145 Repair Station.
- Serve as the main client contact, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Order, track, and manage parts for project completion.
- Ensure all documentation, including work orders and time entries, is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with technicians and management to meet project milestones.
- Oversee final inspections, delivery, and client follow-up.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Part 145 Repair Station.
- Proficiency with Corridor or Pentagon software.
- Strong background in heavy maintenance and avionics projects on business jets.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
