Entry-Level Sales Representative
We are an expanding outreach and fundraising firm focused on shaping tomorrow’s leaders through real-world, in-person experience. Our approach centers on direct interaction within local communities, allowing our team to build self-assurance, enhance interpersonal abilities, and progress into leadership positions while making a meaningful impact for nonprofit partners.
Due to continued growth across the Atlanta region, we are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This position includes comprehensive training in customer acquisition, campaign execution, and leadership development, with a defined path toward advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out residential canvassing and face-to-face outreach initiatives throughout Atlanta
- Connect with community members to introduce charitable programs and generate support
- Build lasting relationships with supporters and local residents
- Act as a knowledgeable and professional representative for partnered organizations
- Achieve and surpass daily and weekly performance targets
- Take part in ongoing coaching sessions covering sales techniques, leadership, and communication skills
- Support the training and development of new hires as you grow within the company
- Create engaging and positive interactions that leave a strong impression on potential donors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with the public
- Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus (not required)
