What You'll Do

As a Service Expert at Remedy Plumbing, you'll:

• Diagnose, repair, and replace residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers about solutions — no pushy sales tactics.
• Use technology (iPads, digital forms, dispatch systems) to make your day smoother and more efficient.
• Take part in daily team meetings, training sessions, and the occasional lunch cookout.
• Represent Remedy's core values every day: Serve Well. Work Smart. Stay Humble.

What We're Looking For

We want the best — people who bring skill and heart.

You're our kind of person if:

• You've got 2–4+ years of plumbing experience.
• You're licensed (or working toward it) and serious about your trade.
• You've got a valid driver's license and a clean record.
• You show up on time, every time — with a good attitude.
• You care about craftsmanship and customer experience equally.

Bonus points if you've worked in service plumbing and enjoy problem-solving on the fly.
