Account Receivable Specialist
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collections: Monitoring accounts for, for instance, past-due payments, and following up with clients via email or phone.
- Reconciliation: Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies or customer inquiries regarding invoices.
- Reporting: Preparing aging reports, cash flow summaries, and other financial reports for management.
- Credit Administration: Evaluating customer creditworthiness and managing credit limits to mitigate risk.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generating, reviewing, and sending accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Payment Processing: Recording daily payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) and posting them to customer accounts.
