POSITION PURPOSE
To extend industry-leading hospitality effortlessly and consistently, internally, and externally.

Job Responsibilities:
Overseen by the CCBC Director of Hospitality, the Office and Hospitality Specialist will be responsible for extending internal and external hospitality in keeping with Creature's Purpose of Fostering Human Connection. In addition, ensuring the efficient daily operation of Creature HQ, this role will also provide support to our Hospitality program, including leading public and private history and facility tours, and supporting limited-run merch and product shipping.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and office-related vendor relationships.
- Support the coordination and scheduling of on-site partner meetings and events.
- Ensure proper functioning of office systems, such as telecommunications and IT infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to promote efficiency and compliance.
2. Hospitality:
- Host all visitors to HQ, seeking to create WOW moments of hospitality for every visitor.
- After training, lead Creature history and facility tours for account reps, new hires, and public tour groups (including Saturdays).
- Fulfill internal requests for merch and product sample shipping.
3. Inventory Mgmt:
- Assist CST in inventory management of Point-of-Sale items located on-site, and billable to Distributor Partners
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred. GED or High School diploma, with established experience, will be considered.
- Ability to spend 10+ hours on feet.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evening and weekend work.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office software, including MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound judgments.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
