Job Summary
- Oversees part time employees and works hand in hand assistant manager for day-to-day operations. Prepares and serves specialty beverages, baked goods, and sandwiches to patrons.
General Accountabilities
- Manage daily operations.
- Lead team of baristas to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage high quality standards for beverages and food.
- Handle inventory management, scheduling and cash.
- Greets customers in a welcoming atmosphere.
- May be required to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
- May be required to serve prepared foods, such as muffins, biscotti, and bagels.
- May be required to clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment and service and seating areas.
- Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Describe menu items to customers or suggests products that might appeal to them.
- Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions as requested.
- Receives and processes customer payments.
- Stocks customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
