Team Leader
Team Leader
The Team Leader is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating a strong commitment to selling behavior, floral leadership, and promotional work environment.
Essential Functions:
Assist the store manager/assistant manager with daily operations, activities, and other tasks as needed and expected.
Support business operations, policies, and procedures.
Perform sales and stock duties (receiving and filing merchandise, feeing merchandise, etc.)
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Ensure the proper display and promotion of merchandise and visual presentations.
Oversee all methods of loss prevention for the protection of company assets as store manager/assistant manager.
Assist with the development of new sales associates as needed.
Ability to complete banking.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High level of integrity.
Excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in personal computer use including Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Demands:
Constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and reaching.
Frequent lifting and/or moving of light to moderate weights (up to 50 lbs).
Occasional lifting and/or moving of heavy weights (over 50 lbs).
