Qualifications

• Advanced subject mastery of expository essay structure, thesis development, evidence integration, analogy, etc. Ability to explain various essay formats, prepare students for academic writing, state assessments, and college composition.
• Teaching‑and problem‑solving skills: teach essay organization, evidence selection, introductions, conclusions, citation, and more.
• Curriculum awareness: know the challenges, adapt instruction using graphic organizers, model essay analysis, structured drafting for students from middle school to college.
• Effective teaching methods: identify common struggles, explain concepts with multiple approaches, adapt to individual learning needs.
• Strong communication and friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
