Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available

Lead Through Hospitality

Pretty Bird Rotisserie is looking for Team Leaders who inspire, coach, and support others while helping create exceptional experiences for our guests.

This is not a management position focused on paperwork and discipline. We're looking for people who lead by example, teach others, solve problems, and help build a positive culture every day.

What You'll Do

• Lead shifts and support daily operations
• Coach and develop team members
• Create a welcoming and positive environment for guests and staff
• Maintain food quality and cleanliness standards
• Help resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Set the standard for hospitality, teamwork, and accountability

• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy shifts

Previous leadership experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates maturity, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to lead others.
