Human Resources Business Partner
Salary : $65K - $75K + bonus
Benefits : M/D/V, PTO, 401K with match, life insurance
This downtown Savannah, GA property is looking for an engaging Human Resources Business Partner to provide general human resources support. You'll perform a broad variety of services to keep managers on task and employees dialed in.
Qualifications:
- 3- 5 years human resources experience that includes leadership
- Understanding of human resources laws, benefits and payroll
- Confident in facilitating training with new hires and seasoned staff
- Provides coaching support with a focus on direct manager effectiveness and communication.
- Anticipates the needs of the organization, monitors quality of performance and serves as an advisor and mentor.
- Collects and reviews payroll data; edits and ensures accuracy.
- Perform full cycle recruitment efforts.
