Our client, a Japanese food product manufacturer is searching for a Branch Sales Administrator to join their team.

Title: Branch Sales Administrator

Industry: Food Manufacturing

Type: Full Time Direct Hire Exempt

Location: Tucker GA

Salary: 65-85K DOE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years of job experience related as a sales administrator in the food manufacturing industry
• Minimum of an Associate’s degree required
• Experience working with food brokers is preferred
• Experience with inventory and food distribution logistics
• Retail grocery, e commerce food, ethnic market and food and beverage industry experience preferred

JOB DUTIES:

• Process orders with warehouse and coordinate between brokers and customers on any changes or updates
• Input orders into the EDI system, coordinate with brokers and customers
• Process broker commission adjustments when needed
• Prepare broker certificate of analysis
• Handle requests for pricing
• Process monthly reports to branch staff
• Create shipment reports
• Work with inventory and warehouses in order to avoid excess or shortage of products
• Maintain the company training manual
• Support AR and AP teams regarding invoicing and balance account records
