Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy for a full-time, on-site position at a school in Decatur, GA. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about supporting childrens physical development in an educational setting. Open to travel candidates who are ready to work within this vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized physical therapy services to pediatric students, supporting their mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to maximize student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to program development.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel and adapt to different school environments.
- Commitment to supporting the physical development and educational success of children.
