Unit: Nuclear Medicine
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Local Candidates: Not accepted within 50 miles
Education:
• Graduate of an accredited program in the relevant specialty
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within Nuclear Medicine specialty required
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine technology program
• Registered as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and CT Technologist through ARRT
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nuclear medicine imaging studies following departmental protocols
• Operate nuclear medicine and CT equipment safely and accurately
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Assist physicians with patient imaging, interpretation, and care during procedures
• Ensure patient safety, proper positioning, and image quality
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, QA procedures, and regulatory requirements
