Compensation and Benefits:

• ProSal model with a $300K+ base salary and 27% production — no negative accrual and absolutely no non-compete clause .
• 120 hours PTO , plus 4 additional days of CE-specific PTO and a $5K CE allowance to keep your skills sharp.
