The opportunity

As Global Head Strategy & Operations Biosimilars you will be responsible for evolving the global biosimilar strategy with changing market dynamics and ensuring organizational alignment to deliver on our ambition to solidify our global biosimilar leadership. You enable the governance and operating model to ensure clear decision-making and clear accountability in how we deliver. This role is part of the global biosimilar leadership team.

How you’ll spend your day

• Keep track of global market developments and translate to business implications
• Lead complex strategic projects that require cross-functional alignment
• Oversee progress versus our ambition and address where course-correction is needed
• Lead preparation of governance meetings and ensure efficient and effective decision-making and clear accountabilities in the franchise
• Lead commercial planning processes in collaboration with regions (incl. planning assumptions)
• Prepare senior management and Investor Relations (IR) presentations
• Be a strategic thought leader for the leadership team that challenges the status quo

Your experience and qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional experience in the pharma/healthcare industry ideally in biosimilars
• Experience in strategy consulting preferred
• Track record in managing complex projects at regional level at least, at global level represents an asset
• Strong communication, organization, high learning agility and matrix leadership skills
• Oral and written fluency in English
