Full-Stack Engineer

CareCrowd is building the operating system for the 92% of healthcare that happens after the appointment — where decisions are made without guidance and outcomes are won or lost.

This is a founding-level engineering seat . If you have not taken a product from zero to real users before, this is not the right role.

What you will do:

• Architect and build the first production version of CareCrowd’s platform
• Ship end-to-end: frontend, backend, infrastructure — no silos, no handoffs
• Design product that is trusted by physicians and effortless for families
• Balance speed with responsibility in a high-stakes environment
• Collaborate directly with founders to shape what launches — and what doesn’t

You are a fit if:

• You have personally shipped and owned a zero-to-one product in production
• You default to taste, clarity, and precision , not feature dumping
• You build with urgency — but never recklessness
• You think in systems, not tickets
• You are energized by unknowns, ambiguity, and category creation — not by roadmaps written for you

Nice to have (not required):

• Experience in care delivery, clinical systems, or high-trust environments
• React / Node / TypeScript / Postgres fluency
• Experience with secure messaging, realtime systems, or privacy-sensitive infra

What this is not:

• Not employee #12 on a product already in motion
• Not a roadmap executor or ticket closer
• Not feature work — this is infrastructure that defines the category
