- Utilize Netsuite software to track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and analyze sales data.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and drive performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management review.

Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, and technical sales.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with customers and vendors.
- Previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales and market analysis is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
