Prestige Staffing is searching for a dynamic Practice Administrator to join a stable, physician-owned concierge internal medicine practice with a rich legacy of over 50 years. Located north of Atlanta, this high-touch, personalized care clinic seeks a proactive Practice Administrator to lead strategic and operational efforts. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, financial performance, staff development, and patient experience, directly influencing the long-term growth and success of the practice. The position is on-site only, offering a dynamic environment in a prime location with opportunities for career growth and stability.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in medical practice leadership, ideally in internal medicine or concierge care
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is preferred
• Deep understanding of EMR systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) and healthcare billing practices
• Strong strategic thinking with financial acumen
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on, proactive management style with willingness to jump in to assist patients
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and operational excellence
Responsibilities
• Oversee all business operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
• Manage revenue cycle activities such as billing, collections, and vendor relationships
• Utilize financial tools like Excel and QuickBooks for reporting and analysis
• Direct daily operations of a multi-provider concierge practice, ensuring regulatory compliance and policy adherence
• Lead and mentor administrative and clinical staff supporting six providers
• Optimize provider schedules and resource allocation
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
• Champion delivery of personalized, high-touch patient care
• Address patient concerns professionally and discreetly
• Oversee EMR systems and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Partner with ownership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and service expansion
