Wesley Glen Ministries is looking for full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are reliable, compassionate, and committed to making a real impact in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.

As a Residential DSP , you will be more than just a caregiver—you will be an advocate, mentor, and supporter, helping residents live as independently as possible . Our group homes provide 24/7 care for four adults each, and our team works collaboratively to ensure that every resident thrives physically, emotionally, and socially.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Take ownership of creating a safe, clean, and engaging home environment.
✅ Support residents with daily life skills like meal preparation, hygiene, and housekeeping.
✅ Ensure medication is properly managed and documented.
✅ Encourage personal growth by facilitating social activities and skill-building opportunities .
✅ Accurately document progress and communicate updates to the team.
✅ Drive residents to appointments, community events, and recreational activities .
✅ Actively engage in problem-solving and be flexible when challenges arise.
✅ Be a team player —reliable, punctual, and willing to step up when needed.

Requirements:

???? Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
???? Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years and a clean 7-year driving history.
???? Pass a background check & drug screening.
???? CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to get certified).
???? Able to lift/carry 15+ lbs and assist adults up to 300 lbs .
???? Comfortable working in various conditions , including outdoor activities and occasional high-stress situations.

Second Shift: 11pm-9am weekdays, 7pm-7am/9am weekends
