Compensation: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Demonstrate an upbeat and positive attitude with our clients
2. Schedule jobs and estimates using our online booking system
3. Work closely with our junk and move Operations team to coordinate bookings for jobs and estimates
4. Speak by phone and text with clients to confirm job needs and coordinate job schedules

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

3. Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Must be comfortable with over the phone communication and following a script.
6. Strong time-management skills
7. Familiarity with customer service and / or sales is a plus
8. Proficient computer & keyboard skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
9. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
