Staffing Coordinator

SelecSource is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Recruiter to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, takes pride in professionalism, and is eager to grow their career in staffing and workforce solutions.
As a key point of contact between our associates and clients, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth processes, strong relationships, and consistent results.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit and screen well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Coordinate and maintain efficient staffing workflows and documentation
- Serve as the bridge between client teams and SelecSource associates
- Support client needs through meetings, planning, and regular reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client standards
- Conduct orientations, manage onboarding, and oversee documentation accuracy
- Facilitate employee relations, performance feedback, and safety compliance
- Maintain organized, complete, and up-to-date personnel records
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years of staffing, recruiting, or HR experience
- Ability to follow and improve structured processes
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Desire to grow and take on increasing responsibility
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
