Position: Reach Truck Operator
Location: Lithia Springs, GA
Pay: $19.50 - $20.50/hr
Job Type: Temp to hire

**Anticipated Start - early April

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to support daily warehouse operations for our client in Lithia Springs, GA. This role is responsible for safely moving and storing materials while strictly adhering to GMP standards to ensure product quality, compliance, and on-time order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks to move, locate, relocate, and stack product throughout the warehouse, refrigerators, and freezers
• Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and staging areas
• Pick, put-away, and replenish inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Ensure accurate product placement and inventory tracking
• Maintain strict compliance with GMP standards, including proper hygiene, PPE, and handling procedures
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and facility procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Must Haves:

• Recent experience operating a reach truck forklift
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment (food, beverage, or pharmaceutical)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold environment
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in food manufacturing or distribution environments
• Experience with additional equipment (sit-down, stand-up forklift, EPJ)
• Inventory control or cycle counting experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
