Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2026 Program Management Intern\. In this role, you will: - Support Program Managers with schedule tracking, milestone updates, and action item follow up - Assist in preparing presentations, status reports, and program briefings for leadership and customers - Help coordinate cross\-functional activities for engineering, supply chain, contracts, and finance - Participate in team meetings and take clear notes, capturing decisions and next steps - Assist with proposal preparation tasks as needed The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams\. Must be a US Citizen\. **Basic Qualifications:** - Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline of Business, Finance, Systems, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering or related field - Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite \(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\) - Demonstrated critical thinking and problem\-solving skills, with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and changes in deadlines **Desired Skills:** \-Highly motivated and able to perform team tasks with low direct supervision \-Innovative, energized, and self\-directed to lean forward and implement new insights **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
