We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. This role involves managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless delivery of services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to providing outstanding customer service that aligns with our company values.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

• Prepare and deliver client reports, proposals, and presentations.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

• Support the onboarding process for new clients.

Qualifications

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or customer relations.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
