Job Description

The Brand Licensing Professional is responsible for managing assigned brand licensing accounts within specified territory & product categories, working under limited supervision. The role organizes brand committee meetings with key stakeholders, monitors and enforces adherence to the Trademark License Agreement (TMLA) by licensees. Takes responsibility for the complete lifecycle of royalty management and engages directly with teams in the region for brand licensing related topics. The role ensures brand compliance, training and guidance of licensees across traditional and digital marketing platforms, manages and monitors the execution of the TMLA and tracks and analyzes KPIs for all licensed products. The role also supports the development and coordination of brand presence of licensees in the market. Takes in all feedback received on products and marketing activities from diverse sources and leads the identification and improvement of key product and marketing brand compliance processes.

Your role:

  • Oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of assigned licensing accounts within a specified territory or product category, while working under limited supervision. Organizes brand committee meetings with key stakeholders, including internal teams and licensees, monitors and enforces adherence to the Trademark License Agreement (TMLA) by licensees and takes responsibility for the complete lifecycle of royalty management, from accurate reporting to collection and forecasting. Collaborates regularly with the leadership to ensure that all trademark licensing activities in North America are aligned with Philips' overall business and marketing strategies.

  • Ensures brand compliance, training and guidance of licensees across traditional and digital marketing platforms in close cooperation with internal brand stakeholders to provide clear and consistent guidance and leads the coordination of joint events, such as industry trade shows and exhibitions where Philips and its licensees can showcase products and innovations. Manages and monitors the execution of the TMLA by overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs), training programs, and market expansion efforts. Tracks and analyzes KPI performance to ensure all licensed products meet Philips' quality standards and consumer expectations, collaborates with relevant stakeholders to review product performance metrics, identifying any deviations from set standards and implements corrective actions on a timely basis.

  • Supports the development of strategic roadmaps for licensed products, oversees the brand release process and designs and conducts consumer verification tests to gather insights on product performance and user experience, documenting and reporting key findings and actionable recommendations to internal account team and licensees and regularly reviewing testing methodologies to ensure they evolve in line with industry best practices and consumer expectations.• Leads the identification and reporting of all reviews and feedback received on products from diverse sources in order to inform the next generation of Philips products.• Leads the identification and improvement of key product & marketing processes performance to improve efficiencies in the region.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Brand Licensing, Product Licensing, Marketing & Sales, Contracts Management or equivalent.

  • Your skills include applying continuous improvement and business acumen to brand licensing programs through structured risk assessments, contract and account management, and strong project execution, while ensuring brand compliance and consumer experience verification across licensed products and activations. You bring proven strengths in stakeholder and feedback management, marketing and events coordination, and training delivery to drive partner alignment, mitigate brand risk, and support consistent, high‑quality brand representation in market.

  • You have a Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . 

  • You're an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with others at all levels.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Alpharetta, GA is $150,000 - $240,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Alpharetta, GA.
