SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

We are recruiting on behalf of a small-mid-sized Atlanta-based company for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join a high-impact finance team supporting strategic and operational decision-making. This Senior Financial Analyst role will have strong visibility across the organization and will focus on delivering forward-looking insights, improving financial planning processes, and driving performance analysis within a complex, regulated environment. Core responsibilities will include:

• Build and refine financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives
• Evaluate business performance, identify key drivers of variance, and translate findings into clear recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to guide financial strategy and operational improvements
• Conduct analysis related to acquisitions, valuation, and liquidity planning
• Support capital allocation decisions through ROI modeling and investment analysis
• Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations, including KPI tracking

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or public accounting (Big 4 background valued)
• Industry exposure to manufacturing sector is a plus
• Advanced Excel modeling skills with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI strongly preferred; as well as familiarity with ERP platforms and emerging analytics tools including AI
