Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitative programs to restore or improve function in activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination and range of motion
- Deliver occupational therapy services across the full continuum of care in a cost-conscious, quality-focused and customer-oriented manner
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning and transitions of care
- Monitor compliance with applicable regulatory standards and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Educate patients and families on strategies to support independence and safety in daily activities

Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Georgia, or eligibility for licensure
- Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited OT program (baccalaureate or higher)
- Experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; commitment to regulatory compliance and quality of care
