Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled Data Platform Engineer to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed clients, based in USA (Remote) .
Data Platform Engineer Remote USA Contract
- Reference Data Solution Expertise: Extensive experience implementing and managing reference data solutions using industry tools like GoldenSource, Markit EDM, and Calypso .
- Financial Data Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of major reference data vendor feeds , including Bloomberg Back Office, LSEG DataScope, and Exegy , with a focus on data patterns and integrity .
- Core Technical Proficiency: Strong background in Shell and Python scripting , coupled with expert-level knowledge of SQL and various RDBMS platforms (Oracle, Postgres).
- DevOps & Platform Management: Proven ability to build and maintain DevOps CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory , specifically applied to reference data product platforms.
