Facility Operations Manager

Are you ready to lead and inspire? As the Facility Operations Manager, your day will revolve around ensuring that our manufacturing and support systems run like a well-oiled machine.
- Provide leadership to promote safety, efficiency, and quality within our team.
- Review and refine operational systems for optimal performance.
- Guide and mentor technicians in troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Take charge of the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance throughout the facility.
- Resolve network and control system issues, and enhance operational technologies.
What You’ll Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of management experience at a production plant.
- Prowess in problem-solving with controls, robotics, and packaging machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and support systems.
