Position summary: Provide interpretation, coordinate transportation and housing arrangements, and offer support for daily life needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage housing arrangements for expatriates from Japan
• Provide daily life support for expatriates and their families
• Coordinate and manage company vehicles for employee use
• Support visa management and prepare required documentation for expatriates
• Provide Japanese English interpretation in the workplace
• Assist executives with secretarial and administrative tasks

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and English
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Willingness and ability to learn new concepts and skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to commute reliably to the assigned work location
• Ability to handle and process data and documentation accurately
