Travel Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology (IR) in the procedural area, located in Atlanta, Georgia. Start date: 06/01/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,204–$2,355 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Day shift on a 12x3 schedule (three 12-hour shifts per week). Work setting: hospital environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for adults undergoing neuro interventional radiology procedures, including management of ischemic stroke cases, SAH, SDH, aneurysm-related interventions, ventilated patients, and coordination with anesthesia as needed.
- Monitor neurological status, vital signs, and post-procedure recovery; document findings and communicate changes to the neuro IR team.
- Assist with IR procedures: patient preparation, maintaining sterile technique, equipment setup, and physician assistance during interventions.
- Administer medications per protocol; monitor for adverse reactions; ensure patient safety, pain control, and comfort; respond to clinical changes promptly.
- Manage on-call coverage as required and participate in on-call days/nights.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, anesthesia, nursing colleagues, and radiology staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Experience in neuro interventional radiology (IR) within a procedural area
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Some on-call days/nights may be required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, neuro IR procedural environment
- Demonstrated clinical assessment skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
