- Communicate with patients to schedule appointments, follow up on missed appointments, and send reminders.
- Address patient inquiries, provide information about upcoming appointments, and offer assistance in understanding treatment plans.
Treatment Plan Presentation :
- Work with patients to develop payment arrangements and ensure financial agreements are clear.
