Job Title: Industrial Plumber / Gas & Air Systems Technician
Location: Manufacturing Facility (Multi-Building Campus)
Pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Full-Time | Day Shift
Summary
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Plumber / Gas & Air Systems Technician to join our Maintenance Department. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting compressed air, gas, and piping systems across multiple buildings within a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial piping systems and a strong focus on safety, reliability, and minimizing production downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, modify, and maintain compressed air, gas, and piping systems throughout multiple buildings
- Run new air and gas lines to support equipment installations and facility expansions
- Troubleshoot and repair leaks, pressure issues, and system inefficiencies
- Ensure all systems comply with safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize operational downtime
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on piping and distribution systems
- Maintain documentation of system changes, repairs, and maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
- Experience with industrial plumbing, piping, or mechanical systems
- Knowledge of compressed air systems, gas distribution, and pressure regulators
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around welding, laser, and robotic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety procedures
- Ability to work across multiple buildings and manage maintenance projects independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in manufacturing, fabrication, or metal production environments
