We’re a family-owned and operated restaurant group with over 10 years of serving our communities, and we’re currently seeking a Kitchen Manager to help lead our back-of-house operations and kitchen team.
About the Role
As Kitchen Manager , you’ll bring our kitchen experience to life through strong leadership, consistent execution, and a commitment to quality and teamwork. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your leadership directly impacts food quality, team development, and the overall guest experience.
While your primary focus will be the kitchen, you’ll partner closely with the full management team to support smooth, unified restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, coach, and recognize kitchen team members
- Ensure team members are properly trained and understand expectations
- Manage daily kitchen operations, prep, and execution
- Maintain consistent food quality and adherence to recipes and standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and food storage procedures
- Create fair and effective schedules aligned with business needs
- Complete operational paperwork and administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, labor, and company regulations
- Promote a clean, safe, and organized kitchen at all times
- Communicate regularly with team members, guests, and fellow managers
- Support whole-house operations as part of a unified leadership team
Skills:
- At least 2 years of kitchen management experience (required)
- At least 3 years of pizza chef or BOH cooking experience (required)
- ServSafe Certification required
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Working knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and inventory management
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Availability Requirements:
- Ability to work 11-hour shifts
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
